Fall

I love Fall! The weather, leaves, pumpkins, football..... LOVE! I also LOVE Pinterest and when I saw a picture of pumpkins in urns flanking a front door it inspired me to decorate for fall again which I haven't done in a few years.

I'm happy with the way it turned out but next year I hope to be even more adventurous and do pumpkin topiaries!

And as a true southern girl I love monograms and  I'm obsessed with the wood monograms that are so popular this year.  I had purchased this monogram a few weeks back and when I found this wreath with all its natural elements I decided to put our wood monogram in it. I left it natural wood since it fit in with the colors. I already have a larger monogram in mind with just a wide ribbon for Christmas!

Our small town is also celebrating fall this year with a Main Street Scarecrow contest.  Several of the businesses and churches have gotten in the spirit and there are some really creative ones I wanted to share.
