A Glimpse.....

I can't believe that Hunter will move to high school next year. They have a graduation ceremony from middle school to high school complete with cap and gown pictures. Seeing Tim help Hunter with his tie just struck me as a  glimpse into the future of proms, his real graduation, a wedding.

Time truly does fly by it seems like yesterday he was this big brown eyed sly smiling little boy now he is as tall as his Dad!

for punishment. Hallie promised last year would be the last year to run as Valentine princess but when the consent form came home she started with the "Please Mom".....and I caved so the baking and selling began!

The girls and boys got to sell in the gym Wednesday morning. We were up bright & early and shockingly Hallie was up without argument and so excited.

Our best sellers were the cupcakes and popcorn. I don't care for the baking but I love the prettying it up.

Hallie was happy to get to set up by fellow princess Mady who was enjoying her breakfast :-)

Class Project

The 3rd grade had a class project-to make a castle. There weren't any restrictions just to let your creativity show through. Hallie started planning and from the beginning she wanted a girlie castle something in pink, of course. We just happened to have this wrapping paper which was pink and polka dots! She was a happy girl.

She named it.....

It turned out pretty cute :-) especially to be recycled from juice boxes, paper towel rolls, and Quaker oats containers!
